Job summary

Omada Health, Inc. seeks a Senior Software Engineer, Data Engineering to design and maintain scalable data architectures, pipelines, and models in a remote US setting. You will work with data scientists and analysts to enable data-driven decision making and healthcare insights.

You will be responsible for building robust ETL frameworks, ensuring data governance, and optimizing performance across data systems. Strong SQL, Python/Java/Scala, and cloud data warehouse experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building, maintaining scalable data pipelines.
• 3+ years integrating with Airflow or Python-based pipelines.
• Experience with OLTP/OLAP data modeling and SQL performance.
• Experience with AWS and cloud data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Familiar with data governance, PHI/PII security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data architectures and pipelines.
• Develop robust data models for BI, analytics and reporting.
• Optimize ETL processes for low latency and high throughput.
