Job summary

Caseware, a leading SaaS organization, seeks a Senior Solutions Consultant to support large, complex customers evaluating Caseware solutions. You will partner with account managers and product teams to tailor implementations and drive successful technology modernization across North America.

The role is remote, open to US-resident candidates, with Eastern Time alignment and occasional travel. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing, developing or implementing software for accounting industry.
• Experience with AI-powered development capabilities and related workflows.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers and Solution Consultants for complex customer evaluations and implementation planning.
• Lead technical evaluations, pilots and proofs of concepts, coordinating with SMEs when needed.
• Assess customers' tech ecosystems and define configuration and customization requirements.
• Advise on architectural, authoring and development capabilities and how to use them.
• Support customer evaluations and ensure timelines and tasks stay on track.
• Bridge customers with Product teams, translating feedback into actionable insights.
• Strategize migration journeys and align with Professional Services for key requirements.
• Attend conferences, events and workshops; travel up to 10% as needed.
• Design scalable processes and systems to support delivery of services.
