Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This remote role guides enterprise customers through complex evaluations and shows how advanced networking and infrastructure solutions address business challenges.

You will partner with account teams to shape solution strategy, deliver demonstrations, and support the sales process from discovery through proposal development. Location: Remote - US based.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical sales, pre-sales, or client-facing consulting roles.
• Experience with networking products or key competitor offerings.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or CCNA preferred.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Networking, Data Center, Collaboration, Cybersecurity, or Route/Switch/Wireless.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise organizations.
• Showcase product solutions through demonstrations and technical explanations.
• Align solutions with customer challenges and business goals.
• Collaborate with account managers and product specialists to develop solutions.
• Act as a consultative technical advisor for account teams and customers.
• Stay current on innovations and competitor offerings.
• Assist in developing sales plans and proposals for assigned accounts.
