Job summary

TCG, a B Corp government contractor, seeks a Solutions Architect with commercial real estate IT experience to support a major Federal agency.

You will assess and optimize real estate platforms such as BM Trirega, IBM Maximo, Kahua, Salesforce, and Appian, translating needs into actionable specs and guiding modernization efforts. This remote, full-time, short-term position requires US citizenship and residence in listed states.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in complex enterprise IT programs, 3+ years as solutions architect/engineer.
• Experience with federal real estate programs or property management.
• Translating needs into technical specs and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and modernize real estate IT platforms and enterprise systems.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
• Design timelines, estimate costs, and facilitate reports.
• Identify data gaps and define metrics to measure value.
