Job summary

The Access Group is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant for its Construction ERP division in the United States. This role focuses on solving complex business problems through consultative discovery, solution design, and value-driven demonstrations for senior and C-level stakeholders.

You will shape approaches, align requirements with product capabilities, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Marketing on strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• Required: understand industry workflows and translate insights into value-driven solution approaches.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to senior/C-level audiences.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into product-aligned solution scenarios and demonstrations.
• Advanced technical aptitude: software architecture, integrations, configurations, and solution design across multiple product areas.
• Experience managing competing priorities across high-value sales opportunities with timely delivery.
• Commercial acumen: deal structures, customer value drivers, feasibility, and strategic implications.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic discovery across multi-stakeholder opportunities to understand goals and outcomes.
• Shape solution approaches by aligning requirements with product capabilities and commercial objectives.
• Design and deliver advanced software demonstrations for senior audiences, communicating value and impact.
• Translate insights into compelling narratives and recommendations to strengthen positioning and deals.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Professional Services, Marketing on proposals and readiness.
• Provide market and customer insight to inform product direction and go-to-market strategy.
