Qualifications

Experience minimum 8–10 years managing technology projects in real estate, mixed-use, construction, or entertainment environments.
Experience developing and applying technology standards and design documentation.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage technology scope throughout design, construction, commissioning, closeout, and turnover for assigned projects.
Coordinate technology requirements with development, operations, architects, engineers, and vendors.
Review drawings, specifications, BIM coordination, submittals, and RFIs for completeness and compliance.
Lead IT-driven changes to plans and specifications during design and construction.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and schedule milestones for technology systems.
Oversee owner-furnished technologies and coordinate contractor-installed equipment.
Perform site observations to verify conformance with designs and standards.
