RealPage is seeking a Customer Solution Architect in Richardson, TX to work with customers and internal teams, understanding challenges and delivering scalable, resilient integrated solutions that accelerate ROI and operational efficiency.

You will listen attentively, navigate complex organizations, and present to leasing staff up to the C-Suite, translating business needs into RealPage solutions while owning execution and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience with multifamily real estate tech and 2+ years in related roles.
• Degree in Business/Marketing/Real Estate or related area.
• Proven SaaS configuration and deployment experience with ROI focus.
• Strong property management knowledge at corporate and property levels.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and overcome objections.
• Results-driven with responsibility and accountability.
• Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce CRM.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers and use analysis to identify root causes and resolve issues.
• Communicate and present to diverse audiences from leasing staff to C-Suite.
• Maintain expert knowledge of RealPage solutions and integrations.
• Set and manage customer expectations to improve experience and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Success and Product Management to drive process improvements.
• Collaborate across the organization to achieve shared goals.
