Summit Funding, Inc. is seeking a full-time remote Solutions Engineer to support its growing pre-sales team. You will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating solutions.

This role requires over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, strong technical deployment abilities, and an understanding of observability concepts. Join us to play a critical role in connecting customer use cases with our solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales.
• Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and traces.
• Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations.
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives.
• Lead technical evaluations and design tailored demonstrations connecting Coralogix to customer use cases.
• Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during customer evaluations.
