Databricks Inc. is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer to independently lead technical engagements, owning discovery, solution design, and platform demonstrations. You will code, architect, and present to drive Databricks adoption and expand platform usage within Digital Native customers.

You will build proof-of-concepts, run live demos, and own frontline customer relationships in partnership with the Account Executive to grow technical wins.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data engineering, solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or hands-on consulting.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with production-quality coding and debugging skills.
• Hands-on data solutions design on at least one public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiar with distributed data systems like Spark, Delta Lake, or equivalents.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery and solution design for customer workloads across data engineering, analytics, and ML.
• Build and deliver proofs-of-concept and live demos on the Databricks Platform.
• Own frontline technical relationships with customer engineers, data teams, and leads.
• Develop account-level technical strategies with the Account Executive to expand platform usage.
• Present and demo solutions during interviews and customer conversations.
