Job summary

RapDev is seeking a highly skilled pre-sales Solutions Engineer to join our ServiceNow Sales team in the United States. You will provide technical guidance to customers and prospects, helping them maximize value from RapDev’s ServiceNow offerings.

You will collaborate with sales, customers, and technical staff to design, demonstrate and propose customized solutions, using deep knowledge of out-of-the-box behaviors and customizations to drive impact.

Qualifications

5+ years in a pre-sales or technical sales role.
Hands-on ServiceNow experience.
Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, CMDB.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate with sales and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities and understand customer needs.
Deliver in-depth technical presentations and demonstrate value of ServiceNow solutions.
Design and propose customized ServiceNow-based solutions.
Lead technical discussions with customers and prospects.
Conduct hands-on proof of concept testing and evaluations.
Develop technical content to support sales and marketing.
Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow solutions and trends.
Work with sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure customer success.
