World Wide Technology is seeking a seasoned Solutions Consulting & Engineering professional to lead post-sales delivery, design robust architectures, and guide customers through installation, configuration, and optimization.

The role requires broad tech knowledge, strong design and troubleshooting skills, and a willingness to travel up to 75% to support commercial enterprise clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on technical knowledge.
• Strong design, implementation, migration and troubleshooting skills.
• Professional or Expert level certifications preferred.
• Experience across multiple technology disciplines is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivery planning, design, implementation & optimization for post-sales enterprise clients.
• Create low-level and high-level designs using industry best practices.
• Lead delivery of solutions and oversee equipment, hardware, and software.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot customer systems.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues; conduct research on products and standards.
• Travel: Up to 75%.
