Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking a Solutions Consulting & Engineering professional to deliver post-sales design, implementation and optimization for Commercial Enterprise clients. You will create designs, lead delivery, and oversee hardware and software deployments across complex environments.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of technical knowledge of technology practices.
• Strong knowledge designing, implementing, migrating and troubleshooting.
• Certifications at Professional or Expert level preferred.
• Knowledge or experience with multiple technology disciplines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivery planning, design, implementation & optimization services as a post sales consultant to WWT's Commercial Enterprise clients.
• Creates Low-Level and High-Level designs utilizing industry best practices
• Leads the delivery of solutions.
• Oversees/performs new and existing equipment, hardware, and software.
• Performs installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of customer managed hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Monitors performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.
• Conducts research on products, services, protocols, and standards to remain abreast of developments in the industry.
• Travel: Up to 75%
