Job summary

World Wide Technology seeks a Consulting Solutions Architect to lead architecture and technical delivery for our Global Service Provider group. You will shape customer needs into scalable offerings, own the scope and pricing, and guide teams to ensure the delivered solution matches what was sold.

Responsibilities include running discovery with executives, leading design, and coordinating with services, resourcing, and delivery teams to convert opportunities into ongoing engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer‑facing architecture, consulting, pre‑sales engineering, or technical business development; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience in service provider, cable/MSO, telco, NeoCloud or AI infrastructure, hyperscale or colocation data center.
• Ability to write statements of work, estimates, pricing inputs, and RFP responses for professional services or resourcing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, executive workshops, and whiteboard sessions with customer executives and engineering teams.
• Shape customer priorities into qualified opportunities across networking, data center, AI infrastructure, cloud, security, and managed services.
• Own the services motion from first conversation through signed SOW or PO and attach related services to deals.
