Primer is the unified infrastructure for global payments, enabling finance teams to gain visibility and control across a single platform. We’re remote-first and support a globally distributed team working with major merchants and partners.

You’ll work closely with our sales team to identify merchant pain points, provide technical expertise, and translate business needs into scalable payment solutions that drive adoption and revenue.

Qualifications

• Merchant-facing experience with a complex API product, ideally payments.
• Ability to implement frontend SDKs in web/mobile environments and guide developers.

Responsibilities

• Identify merchant pain points and advise on Primer value.
• Provide technical expertise to sales for partnerships.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain complex concepts simply.
• Lead discovery sessions, design workshops, demos, and Q&A.
• Guide merchants from pre-sales to go-live and ramp-up with smooth integrations.
• Own complex merchant integrations and coordinate internal/external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product to identify feature enhancements for merchants.
