Job summary

Coralogix in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our pre-sales team. You will partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery, design solutions, and lead product evaluations, including POCs and deployment steps.

You’ll work hands-on across logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, and cloud environments, communicating value to engineers and executives. Hybrid work requires 2–3 days per week in our SF office at 255 California Street.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, pre-sales, or similar).
• Hands-on deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration ability.
• Strong observability knowledge: logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting.
• Experience leading technical evaluations, demos, and POCs.
• Ability to translate technical value to business impact for engineers and executives.
• Cloud-native experience with distributed systems, containers, and modern infra.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities with Account Executives.
• Lead discovery of architecture, telemetry sources, business drivers, and success criteria.
• Design and deliver tailored demos linking Coralogix to real use cases.
• Manage evaluations and POCs from scope to validation.
• Support deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, CS, and support for feedback.
