Job summary

Coralogix is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer in Los Angeles to join the San Francisco pre-sales team on a hybrid basis. You will own technical strategy for sales opportunities, design tailored demonstrations, and guide customers through deployments across logs, metrics, traces, and security use cases.

You’ll work with engineers, developers, and executives, translating technical value into business impact while coordinating with product and engineering to win engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives.
• Lead discovery across customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational pain, business drivers, and success criteria.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases.
• Manage technical evaluations and POCs from scope through validation.
• Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.
• Explain Coralogix’s architecture, differentiation, and value clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
