Job summary

Coralogix is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the San Francisco pre-sales team. This senior, hands-on role partners with Account Executives to run technical discovery, lead product evaluations, design solutions, and help customers validate Coralogix in their environments.

During evaluations, you will deploy, configure, integrate, troubleshoot, and validate Coralogix across customer environments. You must communicate credibly with engineers and executives and move opportunities toward a

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Eng, Pre-Sales, SE)
• Strong hands-on deployment, configuration, and integration experience
• Solid observability understanding: logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities with Account Executives
• Lead discovery across architecture, telemetry sources, pain points, business drivers
• Design and deliver tailored demos linking Coralogix to customer use cases
• Manage technical evaluations and POCs from scope to validation
• Support deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations
• Engage with customers across logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud, apps, security use cases
• Explain architecture, differentiation, and value to engineers and executives
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and drive technical close
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, CS, and Support for field feedback
