Job summary
Fusion Connect seeks a Sales Engineer with deep expertise in Networking, UCaaS/CCaaS, and security to support multiple sales channels. You will deliver complex demos, develop solution designs, and collaborate with Product teams to shape offerings while addressing customer requirements and driving opportunities to close.
The role emphasizes Microsoft ecosystem knowledge, NGFW/SD-WAN experience, and CSP licensing proficiency, with a focus on enterprise customers.
Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in Sales Engineering or technical sales.
- Experience with NGFW and SD-WAN deployments across multiple sites.
- Experience with Fortinet, VeloCloud, Meraki certifications preferred.
- MS Teams CSP Licensing, Operator Connect, Direct Routing experience.
- Omni-Channel service delivery in Collaboration technologies.
Responsibilities
- Act as SME for networking/UCaaS across sales teams and address product questions.
- Develop complex demos and solution designs for customer engagements.
- Work with Product teams to shape core offerings and be a liaison during meetings.
- Manage multiple qualified opportunities; assist in complex proposals and local discovery.
- Provide periodic technical training to sales and support staff.
