Compeer Financial seeks a senior network engineer to lead enterprise network and telephony initiatives, shaping multi-year direction and standards. You will drive complex transformations,Mentor engineers, and influence both leadership and vendor decisions to deliver resilient connectivity across data centers, cloud, WAN, and security domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and extensive experience in network/telephony engineering.
• Progressive experience in unified communications, networking, and cloud connectivity.
• Strong leadership and governance skills with vendor management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Designs and leads complex network transformations, WAN modernization, and cloud-connectivity programs.
