Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Specialist Solutions Engineer to lead presales engagements across infrastructure, cloud, Microsoft, networking, security, and observability. You will translate client requirements into service scope, build proposals and pricing, and partner with delivery teams to align presales with operations.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of experience selling, designing, supporting, or configuring enterprise infrastructure, cloud, or managed services solutions in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to analyze client requirements and promote solutions that meet them.
• Strong communication, documentation, and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand business challenges and desired outcomes for managed services engagements.
• Lead discovery and scoping conversations for multi-domain managed services.
• Design integrated, outcomes-based support models including 24x7 monitoring and governance.
• Define service boundaries, onboarding activities, and tooling requirements.
• Build client-facing proposals, service descriptions, and pricing inputs.
