Job summary

SS8 Networks, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support pre-sales across the UK and the broader EMEA region.

You will translate complex mission needs into scalable, technically sound architectures for LEA, IC, and CSP customers, working closely with sales and delivery teams. The role demands deep telecom knowledge, strong presentation skills, and the ability to lead technical cycles from discovery to RFP responses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution/systems engineering or sales engineering.
• Design high-capacity, mission-critical systems.
• Strong telecom architectures and signaling knowledge.
• Experience with lawful intercept frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions across lawful intercept, location intelligence, and data analytics.
• Design end-to-end solutions for telecom networks, data collection, mediation, analytics, and visualization.
• Own the technical sales cycle: demos, POCs, RFP/RFI responses, and technical documentation.
• Translate customer needs into concrete architectures and push back when needed.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to LEA, IC, and CSP stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to drive wins.
