Job summary

SS8 Networks is looking for a customer-facing Senior Solutions Engineer to support sales of their portfolio across Law Enforcement, Intelligence Community, and Communications Service Providers in the APAC region.

This role requires deep technical expertise and a strategic sales focus, translating complex needs into deployable solutions while engaging extensively with customers. The successful candidate will closely partner with sales, product, and delivery teams to drive technical wins and ensure compliance with operational requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution and systems engineering, sales engineering, network engineering, or solution architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to design and size high-capacity, high-performance, mission-critical systems.
• Strong understanding of telecom network architectures and signaling protocols, including 3G, 4G LTE/EPC, and 5G Core.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer mission requirements.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to law enforcement, intelligence, and telecom stakeholders.
• Develop high-level and detailed architectures integrating SS8 solutions.
