Job summary

Worth AI is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to bridge customer requirements with Worth’s AI-powered KYB, KYC, AML, and identity verification platform. You’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to drive outcomes for financial institutions and fintechs of all sizes.

You will lead technical demos, design implementation plans, and coordinate across internal teams to ensure rapid value delivery and strong post-sale success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions/Sales Engineering or technical implementation in FinTech or B2B SaaS.
• Strong SQL, Node.js and React; able to work with developer teams on integrations.
• Experience presenting to executives and translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales as a technical expert from discovery through close.
• Deliver tailored demos and proofs-of-concept aligned to client workflows.
• Plan deployments with timelines, success criteria, and smooth handoffs.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and data teams during onboarding.
• Create training materials and technical documentation to drive adoption.
• Capture client feedback and inform roadmap with Product.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support long-term account health.
• Stay current on FinTech/RegTech trends and AI applications in KYB/KYC/AML.
