Job summary

Okta is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer (Enterprise Pre-Sales) to act as a trusted technical advisor for our largest enterprise customers. You will anchor technical value to business outcomes, partnering with Enterprise Account Executives to drive secure, scalable identity solutions.

You will lead discovery, translate complex tech into business impact, and guide the technical evaluation to close enterprise deals, leveraging strong knowledge of identity security, zero trust, and governance

Qualifications

• Recent, proven experience in a customer-facing Pre-Sales role with quota attainment.
• Experience running value-based sales motions and influencing decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Master the discovery process to uncover customer pain points and map them to business outcomes.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business value for enterprise stakeholders.
• Differentiate Okta's differentiators to shape the technical buyer's decision criteria.
• Lead the technical evaluation phases of complex B2B SaaS sales cycles and drive deals to closure.
