Karat is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as the strategic technical bridge between Karat and its enterprise clients. You will leverage your technical expertise and consultative skills to maximize value from Karat's interview platform throughout the partnership journey.

Working with our interview content and data teams, you'll analyze performance metrics, develop tailored proposals, and strengthen client relationships to ensure hiring goals are met.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional work experience in strategic technical account management, SaaS/technical/financial services consulting with a focus on technical implementation, OR software engineering.
• Ability to build trusted rapport and guide clients through complex implementation processes.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and client-facing experience with technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal technical advisor to enterprise clients, establishing trust and delivering value.
• Partner with engineers and GTM teams to analyze hiring processes and performance requirements; ensure solution alignment.
• Lead strategic reviews and design executive training sessions for client stakeholders.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations to strengthen client partnerships.
• Drive continuous improvement of Customer Operations and GTM processes to deliver additional client value.
