Darktrace is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer who acts as a trusted technical advisor to Enterprise customers, prospects, and partners. You will lead discovery, design solutions, deliver demos, and present at executive levels to accelerate value and revenue.

You will guide POV engagements, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and collaborate with Sales, CS, and Partners to ensure successful deployments across on‑prem and cloud environments. A strong background in cybersecurity and cloud security is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud security, networking, or related fields.
• Proven ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders, including C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Enterprise prospects, customers, and strategic partners.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and executive-level presentations.
• Drive technical strategy and influence deal progression to maximize customer value and business outcomes.
• Scope, lead, and guide POV engagements with clear success criteria.
• Support complex deployments across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Technical teams to drive customer success.
• Work with channel resellers, alliance teams to identify opportunities and support growth.
• Deliver technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
• Utilize MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and align solutions to priorities.
• Contribute to technical projects and process improvements beyond day-to-day activities.
• Travel as needed to support customers and events.
