Job summary

PandaDoc invites a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team in the United States. You will partner with upmarket sellers to own the technical and solution strategy from discovery through close, shaping how deals are won and scaling our CPQ, APIs, and integrations.

This is a strategic, collaborative role focused on business outcomes rather than demo-only tasks. You will design highly customized, outcome-driven demos, engage with engineering stakeholders, and build value-based relationships

Qualifications

3+ years of pre-sales or solutions engineering experience in a revenue organization.
Able to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Partner with AEs to quarterback the full technical sales cycle on complex, multi-stakeholder deals: discovery, solution design, demo, and close.
Lead consultative discovery to surface real business problems and measurable success criteria.
Design and deliver customized demos addressing advanced customer needs and contribute best practices.
Design and implement complex CPQ, API, integrations, and automation solutions; lead technical discussions with stakeholders.
Proactively own customer relationships, build champions and expand stakeholder influence.
Surface deal risks and product feedback to leadership and support peers.
Design and implement AI-assisted workflows to improve team efficiency.
