Postman in the United States seeks an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to support the growth of our enterprise business by partnering with sales and success teams to promote an API-first development culture. You will guide Postman users in leveraging our platform to build their APIs most effectively.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in enterprise sales/solutions engineering, 4+ years of software development, and strong API/data platform experience.

Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise sales/solutions engineering experience.
4+ years of software development experience.
4+ API’s and Data platforms experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

Drive enterprise sales by nurturing prospects and supporting strategic customers.
Conduct discovery, demos, and value workshops for prospective customers.
Address technical questions and provide solutions or workarounds.
Understand customer workflows and promote API-first development best practices.
Share customer feedback with teams and advocate for customers.
Stay updated on API market trends and competitive landscape.
Create proof of concept integrations and maintain sandbox environments.
