Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in the United States is seeking a Salesforce CPQ Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and guiding delivery across a complex Salesforce ecosystem.

You will own end-to-end CPQ architecture, including pricing rules, BOM generation, quote-to-order processes, ERP integrations, and security models.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce enterprise architecture experience.
• 8+ years serving as a Salesforce CPQ Solution Architect.
• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick/SBQQ) experience.
• Deep expertise in: Price Rules, Product Rules, Discount Schedules, Advanced Approvals, Subscription Products, Amendment & Renewal Processes.
• 6+ years integrating Salesforce CPQ with: ERP platforms, Rebate management systems, External configurators, REST APIs and MuleSoft.
• Strong knowledge of: CPQ security models, Permission management, Experience Cloud access controls.
• 6+ years of experience with Flow Builder Automation, Experience Cloud, SOQL Performance Optimization.
• 6+ years working with MuleSoft or equivalent middleware.
• Deep experience designing REST and SOAP APIs; integrating with SAP SD and Vistex/Rebate Platforms.
• Export compliance and region-based pricing controls and overall enterprise architecture patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce CPQ solution architecture across pricing, BOM generation, quote-to-order, and special pricing guardrails.
• Develop and maintain SDDs, data flow diagrams, and integration specifications.
• Architect secure, scalable Salesforce solutions with RBAC and Experience Cloud sharing models.
• Lead CPQ-to-ERP and downstream financial system integrations via REST APIs and MuleSoft.
• Establish technical standards, best practices, and architectural governance.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for clients and project stakeholders; drive architecture workshops.
• Ensure high-quality deployments with 85%+ unit test coverage and robust risk mitigation.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, leading stakeholder discussions, and delivering robust Salesforce CPQ implementations integrated with enterprise applications.

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce CPQ solution architecture, including:
• Pricing and discount strategies
• BOM (Bill of Materials) generation
• Quote-to-Order processes
• Special pricing guardrails
• Configurator-driven BOM integrations
• Develop and maintain:
• Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
• Data flow diagrams
• Integration specifications
• Architect secure, scalable Salesforce solutions with role-based access controls
• Define Experience Cloud sharing models and partner/OEM data isolation strategies
• Apex development

• Governor limit management
