Job summary

Fieldguide, a remote-first startup, is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to be the primary technical advisor for enterprise CPA firms and other large customers. You will lead product demonstrations, articulate Fieldguide's value, and guide complex pre-sales engagements across markets.

You will partner with Account Executives, collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design, and help onboard enterprise customers while shaping the roadmap with customer feedback.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hands-on enterprise solutions engineering with SaaS deals
• 3+ years in financial audit at a public accounting firm
• Excellent speaking and presentation skills with executive presence

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to understand prospects' challenges and articulate Fieldguide's value proposition
• Lead technical validations during the Proof of Value phase
• Present and demonstrate the product persuasively to executives and stakeholders
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to address tough technical problems
• Assist in onboarding enterprise customers with Customer Success and drive adoption
