Job summary

Apollo helps teams build, operate, and scale graphs powering modern applications. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll be the technical quarterback on opportunities to design and scale the supergraph on GraphOS, and to prove value in production environments.

You’ll join a global SE team that works closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer problems into architectures and business outcomes, reduce buying risk, and accelerate ARR.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in pre-sales Solutions Engineering or equivalent customer-facing role.
• Experience with complex B2B SaaS or infrastructure products.
• Deep API integration and architecture experience.
• Ability to design multi-system architectures (REST/GraphQL, microservices, identity/security).
• Strong executive communication and alignment with sales, product, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own complex technical evaluations and workshops with strategic accounts.
• Design multi-system architectures showing GraphOS, supergraph, and tooling fit into cloud environments.
• Lead demos and PoCs for developers, architects, and executives.
• De-risk deals by addressing blockers (security, compliance, performance).
• Partner with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmap and patterns.
• Mentor junior SEs and contribute reusable enablement content.
