Job summary

Apollo helps teams build, operate, and scale graphs powering modern applications. We seek a Senior Solution Engineer to own technical evaluations, design multi-system architectures, and lead PoCs that prove business value for prospects and customers.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to shape our GTM strategy and ensure successful deployments across cloud-native environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a pre-sales Solutions Engineering or equivalent technical customer-facing role on complex B2B SaaS/infrastructure products.
• Deep domain expertise around APIs and integration with APIs consumers and builders.
• Strong architecture and integration skills across web/cloud stacks (REST/GraphQL, microservices, security).
• Proven track record owning technical evaluations end-to-end including PoCs and wins.
• Executive-level communication and storytelling to developers, architects and executives.
• Sales process fluency and value-based selling (MEDDPICC, team selling).
• Collaborative, low-ego teammate who mentors others and creates reusable assets.

Responsibilities

• Own complex technical evaluations for strategic accounts: discovery, workshops, solution design.
• Design and present multi-system architectures with Apollo products and tooling.
• Lead demos and PoCs translating tech capabilities into business value.
• De-risk deals by addressing blockers (security, compliance, integration, performance).
• Partner with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering across the account lifecycle.
• Elevate the team through enablement and AI-augmented workflows.
