Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in Solutions Engineer or pre‑sales.
• Certifications in infrastructure or cloud preferred.
• Willingness to travel to customer and events.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer data center environments and understand infrastructure needs.
• Design and propose infrastructure solutions aligning with budgets.
• Support solution proposals with technical documentation.
• Collaborate with OEMs and partners to stay current on product updates.
• Provide technical training to sales teams and customers.
