Job summary

Titan AI is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer to lead the technical and solution-oriented aspects of our sales process.

You will partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs, demonstrate Titan’s AI platform, and guide prospects through discovery, evaluation, and technical validation. You will own end-to-end pre-sales, conduct detailed discovery, prepare tailored demos, and be the trusted expert across the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS or AI.
• Knowledge of banking/financial services and AI.
• Proven ability to lead technical discovery and tailor demos.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across teams.
• Able to manage multiple opportunities with travel 15–25%.

Responsibilities

• Conducting detailed discovery sessions to understand customer technical, product, and operational requirements
• Preparing and delivering tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations aligned to customer needs
• Acting as the trusted product and solution expert throughout the sales cycle
• Articulating the business and technical value of Titan’s platform to diverse audiences
• Collaborating with Account Executives to develop winning strategies and move opportunities through technical stages
• Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success for a seamless handoff from pre-sales to post-sales delivery
• Gathering and communicating product feedback from prospects to inform roadmap
• Contributing to technical win rates and driving revenue growth through strong solution alignment
