Job summary

Titan Banking is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer to lead technical discovery, tailor product demonstrations, and guide enterprise banks and fintechs through evaluation of our AI-powered SaaS platform.

You will partner with Account Executives, own the end-to-end pre-sales process, and work across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and credible, value-focused storytelling. Travel 15–25% and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role for enterprise SaaS or AI sales
• Knowledge of banking, financial services, AI, SaaS, lending, or credit industries
• Ability to lead technical discovery and tailor demos to complex enterprise requirements
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Ability to build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders at all levels
• Highly organized with a proactive approach to managing multiple opportunities
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment
• Willingness to travel 15–25%

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical and solution-oriented aspects of the sales process
• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs and demonstrate Titan’s AI platform
• Own end-to-end pre-sales including discovery, tailored demos, and technical validation
• Articulate business and technical value clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoff
• Contribute to technical win rates and revenue growth through solution alignment
