Job summary

Titan AI seeks a senior engineer to own end-to-end banking AI engagements, integrating with client systems and driving architecture decisions across distributed components. You will design production-grade agented solutions, collaborating with bank security and architecture teams to deliver secure, scalable outcomes.

Expect a high-skill, client-facing role with ownership of design, implementation, and orchestration of AI services, including evals and model integrations.

Qualifications

• Senior-level full-stack with backend focus and production-ready systems.
• Experience with eval design and fine-tuning loops.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of complex banking AI engagements.
• Partner with client engineering, security, and architecture teams to design for their reality.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems: data ingress, model orchestration, evals, observability, security, production wrapper.
• Decide what to build on Titan’s platform vs bespoke vs roadmap items.
• Mentor mid-level FDEs and codify learnings into reusable patterns.
• Represent Titan’s engineering credibility to banking CTOs and CISOs.
