Job summary

Titan is building the AI platform for banking and is seeking a Client Partner to be the primary relationship owner between Titan and banking clients, guiding them from onboarding through successful adoption and scale.

You will manage multiple client engagements, lead executive meetings, and collaborate with Titan's product and engineering teams to shape roadmaps, driving continuous improvement. Remote-first culture with in-person collaboration, unlimited PTO, and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology implementations, program management, product management, or customer success.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements end-to-end.
• Strong executive presence and ability to lead executive meetings.
• Experience in product or program management with milestone, owner, and outcomes thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing and internal collaboration.
• High ownership and initiative to drive actions without direction.
• Banking or fintech experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sale contact, owning the relationship from kickoff through adoption.
• Manage multiple client engagements, balancing priorities and momentum.
• Lead client calls, executive meetings, and kickoff sessions with clear agendas.
• Distill client feedback into product signals for roadmap decisions with engineering.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers as strategic client lead through delivery lifecycle.
• Identify high-value use-cases and expansion opportunities with senior stakeholders.
• Lead enablement sessions to boost AI literacy and advocacy.
• Project-manage onboarding, milestones and priorities, surfacing risks and keeping schedule.
• Develop project plans, status reports, and escalation paths for stakeholders.
