Job summary

Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to architect and scale integrations for mortgage lending partners.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering to design integration solutions, accelerate onboarding, and ensure partners leverage our API, webhook, and identity infrastructure. You will lead API onboarding, guide partners through REST API, webhook, authentication, and SSO flows, support sandbox testing, and help build scalable onboarding

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing role.
• Fintech and lending experience is a plus.
• Fluent in API design and debugging.
• Experience with enterprise engineering teams.
• Ability to translate ambiguous partner requirements into structured technical implementation plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Design integration architectures and data exchanges.
• Guide partners through implementation with best practices.
• Mitigate integration risks to accelerate onboarding.
• Develop scalable onboarding infrastructure and playbooks.
• Bridge partner engineering with Product and Engineering.
• Document designs for internal and external stakeholders.
