Job summary

Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to architect and scale technical integrations for mortgage lending partners. You will sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering, designing integration solutions and ensuring partners leverage our API infra.

You will lead technical discovery with enterprise partners, guide them through REST APIs, webhooks, authentication flows, and ensure sandbox testing and production readiness as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Solution Architecture.
• Strong fluency with APIs (REST, JSON, webhooks) and authentication standards (OAuth 2.0, SAML, SCIM).
• Experience partnering with enterprise engineering teams to implement scalable integrations and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions, design scalable API and webhook architectures, and document solution designs.
• Guide partners through REST API, webhook, authentication, and SSO flows; support sandbox testing and production readiness.
• Identify opportunities to expand API usage, improve partner workflows, and contribute to improved documentation and integration playbooks.
