Job summary

Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to architect and scale integrations for mortgage lending partners. You will design integration solutions, accelerate onboarding, and ensure partners leverage our API, webhook, and identity infrastructure.

You will work with enterprise partners from discovery to scale as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring robust, scalable implementations and documenting designs for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar.
• Fluent with APIs and integration patterns (REST, JSON, webhooks).
• Deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0, SAML, SCIM and secure design.
• Experience partnering with enterprise engineering teams on scalable integrations.
• Ability to architect end-to-end workflows with tradeoff analyses.
• Strong technical documentation and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with partners and design scalable integration architectures.
• Guide API onboarding, REST, webhooks, authentication, and SSO flows.
• Document designs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Build scalable onboarding infrastructure and integration playbooks.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve data exchange patterns.
