Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to architect and scale technical integrations for mortgage lending partners. This role bridges Sales, Product, and Engineering to design integration solutions and accelerate onboarding using API, webhook, and identity infrastructure.

You will lead technical discovery, guide REST API and SSO flows, mitigate onboarding risks, and help build scalable onboarding infrastructure and playbooks for repeatable partner launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar
• Strong API and integration pattern experience (REST, JSON, webhooks)
• Deep understanding of authentication/identity standards (OAuth 2.0, SAML, SCIM)
• Proven partnership with enterprise engineering teams to implement scalable integrations
• Ability to architect end-to-end workflows with clear tradeoffs

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with partners.
• Design scalable API and webhook integration architectures.
• Onboard partners through REST API, webhook, authentication and SSO flows.
• Standardize implementation patterns to reduce onboarding time.
• Bridge partner teams with internal Product and Engineering.
