Qualifications

• Strong experience with Python and frontend capability.
• Proficiency with Claude Code as primary workflow; Claude certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-powered applications in production.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs; comfortable with multiple models including Claude.
• Software architecture experience; designing systems, not merely implementing.
• Solid REST APIs, webhooks, databases, SQL, and cloud environments.
• Production software development, Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Experience partnering with consumer marketing teams to translate objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, agents, and automation systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to translate workflows into technical solutions.
• Interpret ambiguous inputs and define technical approaches independently.
• Own architecture decisions across systems, data, and AI components.
• Develop backends, APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines connecting systems.
• Build data workflows with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, SQL, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Integrate AI solutions with CRMs and marketing analytics platforms.
• Prototype rapidly and iterate toward production-ready implementations.
• Work with consumer marketing teams to improve acquisition, engagement, and personalization.
