Job summary

1Password is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer, Acceleration, to validate emerging technologies, shape product direction, and translate field feedback into scalable customer-facing motions. This remote role collaborates across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, influencing strategic outcomes for executives and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles within enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Track record translating emerging technologies into customer value and repeatable field motions.
• Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing or cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of modern identity architectures and developer/AI workflows (OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, APIs, MCP, CI/CD).
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
• Nice to have: experience with private previews, beta programs or AI security domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical validation for emerging products and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Engineering to shape product direction and field feedback.
• Design repeatable discovery frameworks, demonstrations, and reference architectures.
• Deliver technical enablement, workshops, labs, and playbooks for Solutions Engineers.
• Lead executive customer engagements and early adopter initiatives to influence outcomes.
• Represent 1Password in executive briefings, conferences, and industry content.
