Job summary

1Password is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of complex accounts across the US and Canada. You will drive value realization, renewals, and expansion while engaging VP and C-suite stakeholders as a trusted advisor.

You will collaborate with GTM teams to apply AI-enabled workflows, forecast effectively, and elevate customer outcomes. Experience in cybersecurity, IAM, or enterprise IT is a strong plus, and prior 1Password familiarity is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role
• Proven ability to run executive business reviews with VP and C-suite stakeholders
• Background in cybersecurity, IAM, or enterprise IT preferred
• Former 1Password power user is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of moderately to highly complex accounts with strategic success plans
• Drive adoption and value realization with executive sponsor attendance in EBRs across segments
• Lead renewals and expansion opportunities with documented context
• Act as a trusted security advisor mapping product capabilities to measurable business outcomes
