1Password is seeking a Sr. IT Support Engineer to empower employees with reliable technology across time zones in the US.
You’ll blend hands-on troubleshooting with AI, automation, and improved support workflows to resolve complex issues and raise the overall technology experience. Reporting to the Team Lead, IT Support, you’ll own ambiguous issues, build AI-assisted playbooks, and drive durable improvements in onboarding, access, and device support while collaborating across Identity, Endpoint,
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in internal IT support or workplace technology.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across identity, devices, SaaS and apps.
- Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge bases.
- Build or improve workflow automation with automation tools.
- Apply AI to investigate issues and automate routine tasks.
- Measure improvements using support metrics.
- Clear communication and cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own complex employee technology issues through resolution.
- Participate in regular support queue rotations.
- Build AI-assisted playbooks and automations.
- Improve onboarding and access workflows.
- Identify recurring issues and implement durable improvements.
- Establish baselines and measure impact.
- Help teammates adopt best practices for automation and escalation.
