1Password is seeking a Sr Enterprise Systems Engineer, AI Productivity, to design, maintain, and scale secure AI and automation solutions across the company. You will partner with technical and non-technical teams to identify workflow challenges and deliver practical, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Experience in IT systems, automation engineering, or enterprise productivity enablement.
Design and implement solutions using APIs, connectors, and low-code/no-code tools.
Build and maintain workflow automations to reduce manual effort.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver practical solutions.
Support cross-functional initiatives with scalable enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage centralized AI and automation platforms for secure, scalable use.
Build and maintain AI-powered workflows across teams.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate workflow challenges into technical solutions.
Develop documentation, standards, and best practices for enterprise AI and automation.
Provide technical guidance and training to support adoption.
