Job summary

RapDev seeks a seasoned pre-sales Solutions Engineer to empower our ServiceNow Sales team. You will translate complex technical value into compelling demonstrations, guiding prospects through ITOM, ITSM, ITAM and related platform capabilities to drive measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering and marketing to design tailored solutions, lead technical discussions, perform PoCs, and develop collateral that showcases RapDev’s deep expertise and customer impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a pre-sales or technical sales role, software industry preferred.
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience with ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and CMDB.
• Ability to design and demonstrate scalable ServiceNow solutions and value.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrate ServiceNow value at scale.
• Design customized solutions leveraging ServiceNow products and RapDev services.
• Lead technical discussions, answer questions, and guide stakeholders.
• Conduct hands-on PoCs and evaluations to prove value to customers.
• Create technical content and collateral to support sales and marketing.
• Be SME on ServiceNow solutions and stay current with trends.
• Continuously learn and improve knowledge of ServiceNow and related tech.
• Work with sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure customer success.
