Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for Observe to act as the primary technical resource for the Sales team. You will drive technical closure by demonstrating the value of Observe to customers, leveraging deep technical knowledge and strong presentation skills.

The role includes designing and leading POCs, collaborating with Product and Engineering, and delivering technical training and collateral. Travel to client sites and events is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect in software.
• Deep technical understanding of observability concepts and tools.
• Familiar with cloud-native tech and major cloud platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Technical discovery sessions and compelling product demonstrations.
• Design and manage Proofs of Concepts in customer environments.
• Support sales with technical strategy and act as SME throughout the cycle.
• Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Create and maintain technical sales collateral and training materials.
• Travel to client sites and industry events as required.
