Observe, a high-growth SaaS observability platform, seeks an Implementation Engineer in the United States to translate existing observability architectures into scalable, production-ready implementations.

In this post-sales role, you will design telemetry pipelines, migrate legacy systems, and configure dashboards and alerts while delivering repeatable, scalable practices that drive customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
• Strong expertise in observability platforms, OpenTelemetry, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering is a plus; familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native tooling.
