Cloudera, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our Sales Engineering team in a Mid‑Senior level role. You will apply strong technical and business skills to consult with sales teams, prospects, and customers to accelerate sales goals.

You will develop customer‑centric solution designs, present architectures, and help shape the product roadmap while mentoring teammates. A flexible WFH policy complements enterprise‑scale responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field is required.
• 3–5+ years of professional experience in a similar Solutions Engineer / Pre‑Sales role.
• Experience with enterprise software and Big Data.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on AI model lifecycle experience and AI ecosystems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical selling approach for accounts and coordinate with sales.
• Discover customer use cases and lead requirements workshops.
• Troubleshoot data science workloads and provide architectures.
• Create and deliver customer‑centric solution designs.
• Present roadmaps, architectures and business outcomes to technical teams.
• Mentor associates and contribute to enablement materials.
• Collaborate on internal/external knowledge repositories.
